A. We are licensed in the state of Illinois. Feel free to ask us for a copy of our business license.

Are you insured?
A. RPM carries liability insurance and workman's compensation to protect our company and our clients if something happens. We highly recommend clients to ask all their contractors for a copy of their insurance. Did you know that if a contractor gets injured in your home without insurance, you can be held responsible?

Are proper permits included?
A. RPM can pull permits for you or the client, or the client's architect can pull them from the village/city. Contact us for details.

Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?
A. Yes, we do—365 days a year.

Who answers the phone?
A. We believe that if you are calling us with a problem, you want to talk to someone who can answer your questions and not be met with an automated message. That is why our friendly office staff is available to answer calls 24 hours a day and provide you with the answers you need. Just like our installers and technicians, our office staff attends continuing education classes to ensure they are knowledgeable in all areas related to HVAC and plumbing so they can best answer your questions. We also have service technicians available 24 hours a day who are ready and willing to provide services for all of your emergency HVAC or plumbing needs.
